1/2cDiced orange peel
1/2cDiced lemon peel
1/2cDiced dates
1/2cGolden raisins
1/4cBrandy or orange juice
2tsBaking powder
1/2tsBaking soda
1 1/2cAll-purpose flour
1/2tsGround allspice
1/3cVegetable oil
2tbBrown sugar
2 Eggs
1/2cChopped pecans
12 Pinneapple chunks

Combine first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl.Add the rest,except the pineapple.Mix well.Pour into baking cups,filling each 2/3 full.Top each with a pineapple chunk.Bake 30-35 min. at 325 degrees F. Cool. yield:12 cakes exchange:1 cake = 1 bread,1 fruit,2 fats calories:1 cake = 212 calories
